本报讯为全面落实全市餐饮业食品安全监管工作会议精神，确保老百姓餐桌上的食品安全，近日，市场监管局市区一分局在辖区内全面开展食品安全大检查。
执法人员深入辖区各大农贸市场，着重对熟食食品加工重点环节向经营者提出具体要求，对市场内的防蚊蝇措施和设备不到位的问题，要求市场开办者和经营者立即整改到位。同时，在市场内全面推行食品经营索证索票制度，进一步完善食品进货台账，努力打造规范有序、便民利民的示范性食品安全市场。截至目前，市区一分局已对80余户经营者的营业执照、小摊点证的亮证经营情况逐户进行检查，对涉及食品并常态化经营的65户提出改进要求，对刚入场经营尚未办理开业手续的2户进行了现场指导。
下一步，他们将继续深入开展食品安全大检查，全力保障辖区百姓食品安全。
